This lovely wooden villa has been beautifully renovated to hi-light the beauty of the original building while including today's modern comforts. The light and airy open plan kitchen, dining & living area flows out to a sunny deck area with BBQ and outdoor furniture. The fully equipped kitchen has induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher while the living area has a log burner and heat pump to ensure comfort all year round with a heat transfer system into the bedrooms.

Two double bedrooms have been set up with a queen bed in each, one with ensuite while the second has a separate shower and deep soaker bath, heated towel rails, under floor heating and gas hot water.

Situated within easy walking distance of the thermal pools and shops it offers a relaxing stay. An option to bring your own sheets and towels is available or you can hire off the office.

Please note that this property is not setup for children.

Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant, however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing).
The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $90.
