This lovely three bedroom home is situated halfway up Alpine Avenue with fantastic views of the Hanmer Springs basin, surrounding hills and town below.
All bedrooms have wardrobes and furnished with dressers. Electric blankets are on both queen beds for those cooler winter months as well as the log fire.
The owners have provided Sky, some DVDs and books for a nice relaxed holiday away. If you prefer to be out and about it is only a 10 min walk to the center of the village, forest walks and the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools, as well as a large selection of cafes and restaurants.
Supervision may be required for littler ones as there are steps up to the front of this home and it is not fenced at the the back of the section. The deck area can be fenced off with boards supplied
Small well behaved dogs only are welcome at this property, but please not on the furniture, and don't forget to clean up after your pet before you leave.
Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for general rubbish, recycling and blue glass bin.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant,
however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing).
The cost of this cleaning service for this home is $90.
