{A HIDDEN TREASURE}This cute home was renovated in January 2012. It is situated up a shared driveway and is only a hop, skip and a jump to the Hanmer forest walks and a leisurely stroll to the hot pools.
The lounge, dining and kitchen are all open plan. In the lounge you are able to enjoy the large flat screen TV with SKY channels (including Sky Sport) and a DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped and also has a coffee machine. A log fire, double glazed windows throughout the whole home and other electric heating will keep you toasty and warm in winter. There is plenty of entertainment for the kids with loads of board games and even coloring pencils. The stereo also has an i-pod dock.
The master bedroom has a lovely queen sleigh bed with a good quality mattress and electric blanket. The second bedroom has one queen bed while the third has a single bunk set which will sleep 2.
The outdoor area is surrounded by a garden setting which also provides plenty of privacy and space for your children or pet to safely play.
Please note: this home provides a wheelie bin for your rubbish requirements.
Tenants are required to clean this home upon departure so that it is tidy for the next tenant,
however we do offer an optional cleaning service (excluding bed making and dishwashing).
